Reach the operator

Contact

The operator is reached through a single form. The form's submission is relayed privately to the operator's chat; no operator-side mailbox is publicly listed, and no public catch-all address is the right place to send sensitive or legally-shaped correspondence. The brief is to write in whatever register the work requires; the operator reads at editorial cadence and replies through the channel the visitor provides.

Notes on what this form is for

The form is the right place for general inquiries, pre-order questions, abuse reports against OffshorePress, journalist or researcher correspondence, and any other message that should reach the operator without traversing a mail-server chain. The operator reads what arrives and replies at editorial cadence — typically within a few business days for non-urgent items, within a working day for items the operator can verify are time-sensitive.

The form is NOT the right place for service-of-process addresses required by domestic legal procedure in the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Those formal instruments should reach the operating entity via the legal channels named in the operating-entity disclosure at /principles; a form submission is not the equivalent of a registered-letter receipt for the purposes the law cares about.

The form does not collect cookies, does not run analytics, and does not store the message anywhere on the public-web side of the operator's infrastructure. The submission is relayed once through the operator's private chat and read manually from there. No automated reply, no autoresponder, no chatbot.
